Section 149
Right of Court to See Seeker
(1) The court hearing the applicant may exercise the same powers as the court hearing the appeal.
(2) If it is found that the decision of the lower court may be unfairly changed during the examination of the seeker, it should be brought to the relevant parties by giving a deadline of fifteen days.
